Our Promise

We want you to love your stickers! If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right.


Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received
  • Order not received within 30 days
  • Custom orders with printing errors (our mistake)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Custom orders (once production begins)
  • Buyer's remorse (changed your mind)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@whowinsstickers.com within 30 days of order
  2. Provide Details: Order number + photos of the issue
  3. We Review: We'll respond within 2 business days
  4. Resolution: Refund or replacement (at our discretion)

Refund Amount

  • Product Cost: 100% refunded if eligible
  • Shipping Cost: Non-refundable (original shipping fees not included)
  • Return Shipping: Covered by us if it's our error; otherwise customer's responsibility

Refund Timeline

  • Approval: 2 business days
  • Processing: 5-10 business days (to original payment method)

Returns

For most orders, returns are not required for refunds. If a return is needed, we'll provide instructions via email.


Custom Orders

Custom sticker orders can only be refunded if:

  • We made a printing error
  • Wrong design was produced

Custom orders cannot be refunded due to:

  • Customer design errors
  • Change of mind after production begins
